Personal opinion here. But I think that if the economy keeps up the way it is, we will see more efforts to not only decriminalize pot, but legalize and tax it.

Economically it makes sense. Why spend billions investigating/prosecuting /imprisoning people for growing/using pot when you could instead flood the public coffers with those same billions?
