I worry that maybe they’ve already cut a deal with Russia for the midterms. Maybe a bunch of Democrats who thought they were registered to vote are going to find out suddenly in November that they’re not. Or maybe the Russians have enough operatives at enough state-level SecState offices to have been able to have access and hack the counting machines.

If that were the case, Roy Moore would be a US Senator, and the GOP wouldn’t have come within a coin flip of losing its majority in the Va House of Delegates.
