As more is revealed, I’m pretty sure that whole thing is just going to piss me off. Bethesda seems to be turning into EA. “People don’t want story driven single player games anymore” (read: We can’t figure out how to screw people with play-to-win micro-transactions in those.)

Meanwhile…. ignore God of War over there.

While I like story-driven single player, I will among the first to admit that Bethsoft’s last two installments in the Fallout universe have been…less than stellar. I think it says a lot that more people fondly remember New Vegas than they do FO3.

That said, there were a lot of people who have wanted since FO3 came out for there to be a multiplayer Fallout game. If this keeps them happy while we wait for FO5 or another NV-style game, then I’m at least willing to give it a chance.
