The symbol is an Iron Cross along with a threat against ISIS. Oh, and a pro Trump sticker too.

To play devils advocate, are you sure that is not just one sticker with the templar cross to go along with the threat to ISIS and the Infidels reference.

I am not crazy about crusader references but it may not be straight up nazi.
