My best guess would be, because the anti-jihadist movement, especially in Europe, where the indigenous culture is under a virtual siege by the jihadists, is finally beginning to turn away from talking, and writing about the problem, and turning to whatever elements that can find, who are willing to do violence to the jihadists, and probably, to Muslims in general.

Hate begets hate.
