Wrong. Talk to some beat cops. Talk to actual officers who work within a community.
It’s not some Rambo fantasy of busting in and enforcing law.

It’s about being part of a community and helping them. You see them every day. You work there.

That’s how you get frightened people to confide in cops, and get people to call them, capiche?
