STDs can and are regularly transmitted via vaginal intercourse. Chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, etc. AIDS can and does get transmitted via vaginal intercourse.

But Biblically correct sex means a man and wife which means no other partners which mean no spreading of disease, you heathen libtard!
