Dare I suggest giving Guantanamo back to where it belongs?

I hope that renewing relations means the service members stationed at Gitmo will eventually be able to take their off base leave in Cuba proper. Cuba may well see the base as a huge asset if those billeted there are finally allowed to start spending money in the local economy.
