That’s how I feel also. Even in a blowout, if I’m at a game, I’m enjoying paid entertainment (though mostly from the opposite perspective) and time away from work and, usually, kids - though I need to take my son to a game some time soon. There is little point in my leaving early since the team has already received my money.

Took my brother’s sister in law and her husband to a game last summer. It was a lot of fun. Both of them don’t really know baseball since in Peru and El Salvador, baseball really isn’t the pasttime. I think they’ve been to a Nats game or two but they had never been to Camden Yards so they got the full experience from a fanatic.
