I’m not talking race wars. I’m talking (localized) civil war.

People have looked for scapegoats for their sense of inadequacy since the beginning of people. The same categories of people always find themselves at the receiving end.

Only now the inadequacy isn’t the Plague, or Power, it’s Globalization, Communication, really fast paced change that people of all labels are going to find difficult to handle.

I’m not talking about race wars, either. I’m talking about communities that have developed strategies to deal with this reactionary, fear-based, resentment-driven mentality for years, yet still thrive.
