We all have different preferences to style. For me here’s why I like him. I like that he was unashamed to be a staunch progressive Dem in Texas. I like that he’s been vocal on two issues I find important: criminal justice and immigration and I like that he was willing to campaign everywhere he could too but I understand where you’re coming from too and as I said we each have our own preferences.

What I liked about his campaign style was the fact he made a point of going to every single county in Texas. That’s a real feat. It also showed he wanted to bring everyone in the state his message, regardless of how the area leaned R or D.
