My three all-time faves are the liberal Republicans — Lincoln, T Roosevelt, Eisenhower. You got anybody like that?

(I might vote for Huntsman if he were to somehow scrape out a nomination, but the rest of what I saw on stage last night is out of the question).

Lincoln Chafee was chased out the party. So was Arlen Spectre.

THey don’t tend to survive as long as those two these days.
