Maybe that is the point. Those that believe in the Rapture seem to have a concept of G-d as the benevolent slave-owner. Thus, only those who still live like slaves would be saved.

That’s not quite what I meant…just that we have more evangelical Christians than anyone else, so we’d get hit harder if they all got taken away.
