The Reps handed the Dems a killer ‘optic’, which I don’t think they’ll lose. Have someone like Colbert come out in the DNC to lambaste the empty chair, and seat Obama there as he starts.

They won’t do it, but it’d be hilarious.

If they did that, I’d watch the DNC.
