I know I’m supposed to comment on the thread, not just spout off, so please excuse me while I vent…

This is so f***ing exasperating. It’s clear that Buchanan is willfully distorting the facts (using Hitler’s greatest, most consistent and most accurate critic, Winston Churchill, to support his articles ludicrous claims, for instance.) It’s shameful.

I also don’t think any analysis of World War II — and its effect on the world — is complete without an explicit mention of the Holocaust. But of course, no Hitler apologist would ever reference that.

I am a regular follower of Townhall’s programs and websites (Prager and Hewitt, mostly.) I am going to email them and let them know that I will not part with one dollar to support them until they drop Buchanan. I won’t go so far as to demand a renunciation of Buchanan — I doubt it will ever happen — but they can’t continue to enable this repugnant, revisionist anti-Semite.

I am sickened and I am furious.
