It’s not intimidation, technically. He’s not threatening to downsize anyone based on their vote, he’s threatening to downsize over the (perceived) impact of Obama’s policies. That’s not illegal.

He’s being a dick. What would you say to a simliar executive who threatened to downsize if Romney won?
