They know how to push his buttons.

They know how politics work.

Ryan and McConnell only know how to say “No”.

This is why the R’s are incapable of running a government. It is why they will fail.

(On the other hand, they will still stock the Juduciary with assholes who will rule the benches for the next twenty years. That they can do. Scary.)
