After Clownstick is finally out, we make a 50 state push for the 28th Amendment, eliminating the electoral college, and perhaps a codification in the constitution of the VRA so the court cannot fuck with it.

I was a defender of the EC, regardless of the primary reason for it being outdated. The secondary reason was valid and it failed to do that job and spare us this mess. So it’s worthless and needs to go.

I’m guessing eliminating the EC won’t happen. Several proposed amendments have failed before. (The time to have gotten rid of it would have been right after the Civil War.)

Start counting small states that would lose power, when you get to thirteen the amendment fails.
