re: #36 Anymouse 🌹
I just finished filling in a contact form for a large fast food restaurant chain. When my wife were in Gering, this restaurant had a massive political sign for Adrian Smith (R-NE3).
As Rep. Smith is on record saying he does not represent Democrats, I wrote them back.
I understand fast-food restaurants are franchises. Nevertheless, when the restaurant has a political sign bigger than the corporate sign, that means something to me.
As such, I wrote them, noting the address and location of the restaurant. I also noted we specifically rejected going there (that was our plan) and took our business to a competitor. If the company is advertising they support such a candidate, I assume they don’t want Democratic money either.
It is a franchise, but it carry’s the national brands name. So, yeah, I would imagine they wouldn’t mind hearing from you.
Unless it was Chick-fil-A (or someone equally as political and proud of it).
