What a crock. So, what Tribe gets what parcels of land? While I can’t name Tribes, I do recall as this Country was settled and the indigenous population was forced to move West, they in turn took over land belonging to other Tribes. So who exactly is going to get what under this plan? This idiot doesn’t even have a clue. But then again, neither do I some days. %-)
