Last time I checked, Obama didn’t read those pirates Miranda or give them due process or habeas corpus in US courts before “ordering” the SEALs to kill those pirates. /only in L³ land would this even be an issue, back when Bush was engaging in killing terrorists and capturing them.

Now, with Obama at the helm, these same actions go unquestioned except by the most left of the left fringe who wonder why Obama has strayed.
