Two women? Is this new for the LDS? I’ve only seen young guys in black pants and white shirts doing the elder thing in the past.

I’ve had the young guys, too. Young women sometimes get special permission when they need to fill quotas, I suppose. And they’ve lowered the age. Women previously had to be 21, men 19.
