They live my friend.
They live with all their limbs and have the ability to sue the horrible government that left them totally unharmed while they were trying to kill as many of us as possible.
It is certainly true that the innocent could be tortured and I have no qualms about people who turn out to be innocent getting to sue for just recompensation. But this does not mean a prisoner taken directly off a field of battle should be tried in a criminal court.
