Doesn’t seem that buggy to me, but it has real drawbacks on a desktop without a touchscreen. I have a laptop, so the same gestures you would use on the touchscreen are done on the trackpad.

With just keyboard and mouse I might see if I could get some nice pro to roll your machine back to Win 7, or even spring for the retail edition if I were handbuilding my machine.
