They aren’t actually wingnuts. They’re lefties: Lyndon Larouche.
This is one of those weird cases where left wing lunatics go so far left and right wing lunatics go so far right that they achieve a “moronic convergence”. The fact that both the far right Tea Parties and the far left Larouchies both hate the healthcare bill and both love a good conspiracy theory helps them to get along.
