That meme doesn’t pass the smell test/laugh test/bs-o-meter. Hamas has not changed its goals, intentions, or policy towards Israel. They’re just being a little sneakier about what they want to do.

And everyone buys into it because the kassams aren’t flying into Israel for the moment. No kassams = chance for peace, but in reality the no kassams simply means that Hamas is biding its time for when they will fire them again en masse.
