Well, I have a Win 8.1 machine

I need a new desktop, and all the ones come with that o/s now

Is it okay (un-buggy). We don’t use it for much more than e-mail, social media and searching news, movies, shopping deals

I think a few companies are starting to ship machines with Win 7 again because 8 is so buggy.
