Pretty clear that there is a very high cost to add the 50th employee. Really there is absolutely no doubt or dispute about that. The reconciliation bill attempted to partially address that concern by excluding the additional fines/taxes of the first 30 employees once you hit the 50 mark.

Assuming this isn’t bunko, what happens if the effects you described are OFFSET by other businesses being able to hire? This isn’t a one way street.
