I worked for the DOE for 13 years, this is nothing new, anytime I was logged in from home, or from anywhere, I was beholden to some rules and regulations.

This is so when you are using any government web site and even true of many commercial web sites.

The data you are accessing does not belong to you, misuse it and they can hold you responsible for that misuse.

S.O.P.

Happens millions of times a day. Beck and his overreactive guest have no clue about what they are seeing or what they are talking about.

Of course a lawyer would agree with the EULA, since it is there, disclosed in full sight, and if you agree, then you are bound by the terms.

No different than signing a contract and then trying to break the contract. A court could order all kinds of intrusions into your private life in order to make a case against you.

Boo!
