I don’t think its that. I think it is beign abandoned by his dad and dragged around by his mom. But I am not his shrink. Many academics are passionate and Obama shows passion for his wife and daughters as well as b-ball and golf!

He seems plenty warm to me, very personable. Seems like a great dad, too.

Shouldn’t we assume the best of people in the absence of hard evidence to the contrary?
