Well IMHO the right to self defense stands apart, paralleled to the second amendment. And now we have a ruling from SCOTUS that this is an individual right. Like the right to eat, or drink or inhale, not enumerated as the right to defend yourself from violent attack but certainly there in a sense.
To me the second is far more arguable than the simple necessity of access to the right tool for the job.
