That’s what I thought when I first saw it was stolen, that somewhere there’d be a neo-nazi connection of some sort when all was said and done. I could be wrong of course. Might just be some collector of morbid artifacts.

This could be the beginning of a “Da Vinci Code”-style novel, there’s some secret code on the sign leading to a hoard of nazi gold or some occult secrets.
