You don’t have to kill. It is enough to inflict serious bodily or mental harm, impose living conditions which cause a lot of deaths, sterilize or kidnap children…

Do not make the assumption that I’m doing anything more than pointing out the difficulty in trying to indict and try whoever posted that tweet for violating 18 USC 1091. There are plenty of OTHER laws that such an attempt would violate.
