Having a million crazy people who like you, whom you constantly keep at a fever pitch with outright lies about everyone else on the political scene, who insult and threaten opponents online and offline with you tacit approval and your surrogates’ explicit approval, and whom you never criticize before one of them nearly murders a Congressman?
