No it wasn’t. Canada needs a market. They offered it to the US first. If the US is not interested they need to find other markets. China is the logical one. Not a threat. We have oil. We want to sell it. We would rather sell it to you. You dont want it we have to sell it elsewhere.

It also allows us to prove we can damage the environment with the worst best of them.
