If being gay didn’t matter to Republican voters, it wouldn’t have been effective or worth mentioning either.

Look, dirty fighting looks bad from either side.

My point is this: The Democrats are going to win by default when the alternative party make ridiculous claims about god and country. The GOP promises to “bring America back to it’s christian roots”, and that should scare you. The Democrats haven’t improved in any way, they don’t need to. They can just sit tight and let the GOP dig deeper, sink lower, until they become the party of none.

If you thought a two party system has problems, just wait until your choice is between cake and death.
