My parents too.

And they got their masters degrees.

Made it difficult to one-up.

But not impossible.

I was the first in my family, though it took two tries to get my bachelors, over a 17 year gap (navy time in between). I then got my masters. My sister has her bachelors and is now working on her masters. To one up me, though, she decided to get an eye infection that made her temporarily blind for about a month. Her grades for this semester suffered a little bit, but she’s still going to finish.
