Ah, but this was different - not the spinning comment, but a random quote that would appear near the top of the page, in fine print (I think it used to be Frank Zappa quotes only, but then was expanded to include anything sublime, surreal, or just plain weird - at least I think “Rotating Comment” is what it used to be called…)
