There is nothing in AR law that mandates that an adult, other than those mentioned below, to report any instance of child sexual abuse in Arkansas. Only public condemnation can cause any punishment to the Duggar miscreants. Tell me the Duggars didn’t know this. As a State rep, JB would have had access to anyone who knew, even if he didn’t himself and he acted accordingly, to cover it up. I imagine there’s a whole lot of that kind of shit happening there.
