Hmmm, question. Now that the tobacco industry is under the FDA, with more regulation and oversight, might it not be illegal to grow tobacco without permission from that administration?

When I checked into it about a month ago, I could grow for personal consumption. I wouldn’t be adding anything like nicotine so the FDA can bite me.
