Chris Rock says the same thing. It seems like this judge was talking about there being good and bad people in any race, but was too dumb to know that white people can’t use that word, so got himself in trouble.

Ignore the word for a second. Any Judge that throws out trite racial categorical simplisms like that shouldn’t be on the bench. It betrays a woeful lack of critical thinking skills.
