I’ve never seen a screen that was less taxing on the eyes than reading paper in a well lit place. Insha’Allah, your vision is still good enough for reading standard size print. Also consider that nothing says “I’m better than you. Fear my enormous brain, puny humans,” like still having a hardcover copy of every book you read on bookshelves all around you. A good bookshelf on a wall looks better to me than most art on a wall. Amazon’s used hardcover prices appear to be staying competitive with that audio or kindle download price, and you can resell bad books.
