Nothing sad about working for a living, pal! Hope it is going well. I have been gainfully employed myself for over two months now and I am enjoying the work. It is less than 6 miles away in Glenview, so as long as I time the railroad crossings right, I can be there in no time flat.

You’re lucky. I’m working downtown. I can get to work in 50 minutes in the morning, but it takes me an hour and a half to get home. Some of that, though, is that I don’t use Metra to get home (the CTA and Pace are cheaper).
