Wondering what exactly will be raised at the confirmation hearings. Also, I am not sure exactly what hypothetical rulings are driving people to get so excited of this. My thinking is that the SC isn’t a body that usually overturns its past rulings, so does anybody expect there to be any changes in, for example, Roe V Wade?
