Look for the market to to open sharply down in reaction to the auto maker news. This may bring about the additional sharp sell of that the technicians have been looking for to achieve “capitulation”.

I think Obama’s getting tough with the auto makers will take the market somewhat by surprise, as they had anticipated a long term continuation of the government supporting them.
