I also feel that every other aspect of computer technology has improved over the past twenty years except printers.

I have wireless headphones, voice activation for my computer’s media stuff, I watch movies in HD, the search function works quickly and well, if I plug in my camera it imports my photos fine, but if I buy a new computer it basically is just prayer and sobbing as I reinstall the driver over and over and over.

My current printer when I updated the driver stopped working, had to roll it back.

On the plus side, they no longer go “gZEEEEK,gZEEEEK,gZEEEEK”.
