I see they’re claiming that the law doesn’t specify a transvaginal ultrasound, so that makes it ok.

Once again, right wing bloggers are flat out lying. The Virginia GOP voted down an amendment that would have let doctors decide whether a trans-vaginal ultrasound was necessary. The penetration aspect of it is crucial to their slut-shaming plan.
