I can’t imagine betraying a friend over their sexual orientation. Think about a meaningful friendship. All the things you experience, do for each other, prevent for each other. And you toss all that because you are too insecure to deal with their love life.

As if your preference must be theirs or else.

Or else none of that friendship matters anymore. How tragic, how contemptible it is to throw away a friend for their inborn sexual preferences. Real friends are the richness of our lives. Not the money. Not the house. It’s the relationships that makes our lives.
