Here is the problem..They give you phones from trade-ins from phone customers. They are shit phones. My friend is on his 6th phone now after starting the program and this phone is crap too. It randomly dials numbers from his phone directory at all hours of the day and night. He needs to go get another phone again. It’s not exactly a gold plated Government program we are offering the poor. It’s more like good luck and we hope this works for you program.
