I am not scrambling for anything. It’s not my job to support your argument. That’s your job. You said gangs are in every city, but have yet to offer any compelling evidence for their omnipresence.

Something like this: nationalgangcenter.gov would go a long way toward supporting your argument. Note that it does not say gangs are “everywhere,” but suggests there are gangs in many locales across the USA.

What is this? Now I have to go find a source for every single city having gang problems? I asked you to simply name one city and I will find stories of gangs including shootings based on clothing/colors. Why are you resisting this so much you have to tell me I should spend hours finding news stories for each city?
